Service reset issue

I just changed my oil and filter at 6K. I tried to reset the warning but it won't take. I took it to the dealer and a service person stepped through the procedure by selecting Setup, Vehicle and maintenance Reset. It goes through the motions and says that it has been reset but it doesn't stay. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. Sorta. I took mine for it's first oil change 10/21/2023. The garage was able to reset the mileage & date for the oil life and is counting down the miles & days. However, there is a pop-up that comes up on the right hand side of the dash inside the circle area that says reset Oil life after oil change, and continues to pop-up while driving. They said they have a "problem ticket" into KIA & waiting a response from them.
