Seltos SX UVO conection

I just bought a Kia seltos SX 2021 in Kia de Aguadilla Puerto Rico I acquired this model thinking that it could have all the functions, this has the connection to UVO but does not work in Puerto Rico the seller never informed me of this at the time of purchase and do not know about the system.
Not only is there no connection in UVO Puerto Rico but this makes it impossible to use the radio continuously because the system tries to connect and blocks use while it is being driving making the other radio functions unusable.
This has me very worried because I have a new vehicle that does not work well and I am very disappointed with this, the seller only asks me for time to solve it but my concern is that they do not know the system or how to fix it.
Is possible deactivate UVO to avoid loading?

I have the same problem with Seltos SX 2022

I have the same problem, it is annoying, UVO keeps trying to activate at any time and when that happens Bluetooth stops working, you can no longer see the other functions like radio, maps, etc.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

I call Motorambar the exclusive distributor of Kia for Puerto Rico and they send me to the dealer to take some information from the infotainment so the dealer can send to them. 2 days later they said the UVO message would disappear but 2 weeks later I still have the UVO message. If t you have more info please share.

I went to the dealer, he requested information about the modem, said that he has to send the information to "Korea" and that in about 3 or 4 weeks the issue would be solved. 6 weeks later I am still getting the UVO activation message.

That message is so annoying. I think I would call them weekly to fix this.
